First visit:

• Every patient fills out an Intake Form with your relevant personal and health information

• Consultation (conversation) with the Doctor to determine whether you are a candidate for chiropractic care. This is a complementary service.

• Physical examination is conducted

• Request for appropriate and additional diagnostic tests, if necessary

 

Second visit:

• The doctor will review the results of all the information and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, and health goals.

• First treatment session

• Treatment plan will be scheduled

 

Subsequent visits:

Allow 10 - 15 minutes per appointment for the treatment session.
